SOADEX, Inc. and The Geneva Foundation entered into an innovative joint Health Care IT project December 2, 2010. The project engineers a knowledge management repository with reasoning capabilities for predicting relative risk, developing diagnostic guides, and creating resource-capacity planning models for the treatment of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder.

The product allows health care professionals and their patients to collaborate in treating PTSD and other disorders. Health care planners can use the resource-capacity capabilities to optimize available resources, increase capacity, and improve access to care.

SOADEX cognitive engineers are developing the heart of this advanced medical product: the Jboss

Drools-implemented rule engine for decision logic and modeling intelligence. A Drools Grid provides a distributed network of intelligent agents hosting Drools sessions that make choices or respond based on the environment. The Drools Workbench provides tools to define and build Decision Nodes that evaluate clinical data using rule sets. SOADEX is also providing GUI and branding development, project management, testing, and technical documention in this critically important medical domain.
